SIWIBA Trained on Operations Management

Members of the formal sector business took on Operations Management training.

The training which was successfully completed on 2^nd September is targeted for SIWIBA members to understand the content and context of operations in business.

Training details covered processes of operations and relationship of activities and areas to consider in operations to achieving business goals.

The operation management course also tax base on calculating business tax and business networking
